Teamership: What is on your mind?

What is on your mind about leadership and team performance as we head into 2026?

Leaders who create an environment where team members are able to share what they are excited about, concerned about and curious about help to drive teams that learn, connect and perform better.

A goal of the notes that I write to you is for them to be valuable to you. In 2026, I’d like to be able to make them as useful as possible for you - and the best way that I know to do that is to respond directly to what is on your mind.

You can just reply to this email (no need for to fill a form or anything like that).

You will get a direct response from me (next week after the long weekend here in Australia!).

If it seems like it might be something relevant to others (which it almost always is), then I will share on that topic in future notes.

So…

What is on your mind about leadership and team performance as we head into 2026?

If that is a bit vague and you want some more guidance or nudges, consider these.

When you think about 2026…

  • What would success look like for you as a leader and in your teams?

  • What are you excited about?

  • What are you concerned about?

  • What are you curious to know more about?

That’s it for this week.

Hit reply and let me know what’s on your mind. I’d love to hear from you.
